Quantum Bank’s Hi-Rate Money Market Account, an FDIC-insured savings product, requires a minimum opening deposit of just $100. The account requires a minimum balance of $1,500 in order to avoid a $12 monthly service fee. Accountholders are limited to six withdrawals per statement cycle, but ATM and in-person withdrawals, along with automatic loan payments, do not count toward the withdrawal limit.
