Quicken Loans Offering 30-Year Fixed-Rate Mortgage at 5.032% APR

Quicken Loans currently has a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage at 5.032% APR. Using an example in the District of Columbia for a $400,000 home purchase, each of the mortgage loans requires a fee of $1,600 and can be locked in for 45 days to allow time for the settlement to take place.
